Labour Charges
The customer agrees to pay for all labour charges incurred, regardless of whether the device is successfully repaired, upgraded, or maintained. -
Diagnostic Fees
The customer agrees to pay all fees related to diagnostics, even if they choose not to proceed with further repairs, upgrades, or maintenance. -
Courier and Transportation Fees
The customer agrees to pay for courier fees if they opt for HybrIT to arrange transportation, delivery, or collection of the device. -
Packaging Responsibility
The customer is responsible for appropriately packaging the device for shipping to HybrIT. HybrIT shall not be held liable for any damages to the device occurring during transit. If the customer does not have suitable packaging, HybrIT can provide it at an additional cost. -
Data Loss Disclaimer
HybrIT is not responsible for any data loss from the customer’s device(s). Customers are required to back up all data prior to sending their device to HybrIT. The customer acknowledges that data may be lost during the repair, upgrade, or maintenance process due to faulty hardware or damage. -
Third-Party Components
If third-party parts are used for repairs or upgrades, HybrIT does not guarantee compatibility or warranty on these components. The customer agrees to accept this risk. -
Warranty Limitation
HybrIT offers no guarantee or warranty on repairs or upgrades unless explicitly stated in writing. Any warranty for repairs is subject to the terms provided at the time of the service. -
Non-Returnable Items
Any parts or components replaced during the repair or upgrade process will not be returned to the customer unless explicitly requested before the service begins. -
Payment Terms
Full payment for services rendered must be made prior to the return or collection of the device unless agreed otherwise in writing. HybrIT reserves the right to retain the device until all outstanding payments are settled. -
Abandoned Devices
If the customer fails to collect their device or pay outstanding fees within 60 days of notification, HybrIT reserves the right to dispose of the device. -
Liability Limitation
HybrIT’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Under no circumstances shall HybrIT be held responsible for consequential damages, loss of income, or any indirect losses. -
Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers are required to inspect the device upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days. After this period, HybrIT will not be liable for any claims of damage or incomplete work. -
Force Majeure
HybrIT shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or failures to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. -
Confidentiality
Any personal or sensitive information shared with HybrIT for the purposes of repair or maintenance will be handled in accordance with GDPR and HybrIT’s data protection policy. -
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
