What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and growing customer relationships. You’ll be the bridge between our services and our clients, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships. This is your chance to make a difference – both for our clients and for HybrIT’s growth.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients at all levels

  • Identifying solutions for client challenges to drive growth

  • Collaborating with Service Account Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Managing procurement processes for client needs

  • Holding regular client meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge

  • Working closely with Operations, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams to achieve shared goals

 

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Proven ability to manage and enhance customer relationships

  • A strong understanding of IT solutions and services (technical experience is a plus!)

  • Ambition, reliability, and a proactive mindset

 

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in an MSP environment

  • Technical sales certifications

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor partnerships
